Judith Buchi Olloh is a practising solicitor and legal technology transformation specialist with more than 13 years’ experience in project finance and M&A transactions. Her deal experience anchors her technology and transformation work in the realities of risk, delivery, and execution. She spent over a decade at an international law firm and an international energy company, advising on and leading complex cross‑border matters while designing and delivering legal innovation and AI‑enabled initiatives that improved speed, quality, and consistency. Today she is the founder of Bracha Solutions Ltd, a hybrid consultancy that bridges substantive legal expertise with practical legal tech and AI adoption. She works globally across the UK, Europe, US, Africa, and the Middle East, serves on boards, and is a regular speaker at international legal and legal tech conferences.
